Mrs. Coleman-Moss has a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has also completed her course work at the graduate level for Behavior Analysis. Throughout her career, she has worked with programs for children, adolescents, and families facing social and economic problems. A few of her employment experiences have been a Family Services Counselor for the Department of Children and Families, a Behavior Specialist, Case Manager, Counselor and Director of a Child Advocacy Coalition.

Presently, Mrs. Coleman-Moss also continues her public service in the community with Empowerment Resources Inc., a non-profit organization that she founded and developed. The organization is dedicated to the empowerment of youth and families and offers a girls leadership and self-esteem building program, life-skills workshops for male and female teens and parenting education and coaching. Ultimately, Elexia sees Empowerment Resources Inc. as a non-profit that is a one stop shop for empowerment of both youth and their families by getting the necessary community resources that they need to become empowered, nurtured and self-sufficient. Elexia embraces the nurturing concepts and enjoys sharing knowledge with others to help them empower themselves and the ones around them.
