Tomeka is a decorated Counselor and family advocate. Born and raised in Oak Grove, FL., Tomeka's professional background includes counseling families in crisis in group settings, and on an individual basis. She is a Certified School Counselor, Certified Rehab Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors, Inc. She received her Masters Degree in Marriage & Family, Mental Health, and School Counseling in 2009 and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology 1999 and completed 3-day parent Educator Training in November 2004.
She became a Recognized Nurturing Parenting® Program Trainer Consultant in August 2005 through Family Development Resources, Inc.
She has a counseled people from all walks of life and has the ability to connect with others on an individual level. Tomeka loves to teach others to
nurture themselves, their children, and their spouses. Tomeka has produced positive results with clients through her agency one-on-one and in group sessions.
