Jane Wood is a Nationally Recognized Trainer/Consultant for the Nurturing Parenting® Programs since 2010 at OhioGuidestone, Cleveland, Ohio – The Family Nurturing Center™ of Ohio
In 1992, Jane began her work at Berea Children’s Home as a volunteer facilitator teaching the Nurturing Parenting® Program. The Agency became recognized as The Family Nurturing Center™ of Ohio in 2011 and has continued offering the Programs through out the State of Ohio including offering a 3-Day Nurturing Parenting® Facilitator Training upon request.
Jane recently retired after 30 years of service with OhioGuidestone (formerly Berea Children’s Home and Family Services. OhioGuidestone is a non-profit child and adult caring agency. She was a Director of Community Counseling in charge of School-Based Mental Health Services and the Nurturing Parenting® Programs. Jane has continued with OhioGuidestone as a Consultant for the Family Nurturing Center™ of Ohio.
Jane’s bloodline is Mohawk, a tribe within the Iroquois Nation in Upstate New York.
