Mission Statement
Become a better parent with Nurturing from the Family Nurturing Center of Colorado. An affiliate of the Family Nurturing Center International, our organization promotes the growth and development of positive parenting traits, qualities, and characteristics.
About Us
An evidenced-based parent training program, developed in the late 1970s, Nurturing Parenting Programs encourage 100% non-spanking child-rearing skills and are founded on the basic beliefs of caring for self, others, and the environment.
Family and Community Services Counseling
Mental health services for families, children, and individuals. Our goal is to create nurturing behaviors in families and to foster growth in individuals and others. Therapy services can strengthen families.
Parent Coaching
One-on-one help for specific parent-child challenges through use of the Nurturing Parenting concepts. NURTURING PARENTING PROGRAM
Parenting classes for parents and their children of all ages. The entire family attends the class, so everyone can learn together. With 20 years of experience training parents, we have the passion and commitment to provide effective nurturing parenting training.
For the Kids: Co-Parenting Workshop
Eight hour parenting class for couples who wish to assist their children in dealing with divorce and/or separation issues. Court approved for families who live in the Fourth Judicial District. Classes held on 3rd Saturday of month or individually on request.
Outreach
Presentations on creating and sustaining healthy family relationships. Available to local schools, churches and other statewide organizations on request.
