Vivian
Hayes-Tucker has been providing parent education for the
past 25 years as a front line worker in children's protective
services. She is a certified facilitator for STEP and Nobody's
Perfect Programs. For the past 12 years she has embraced
the philosophies of the Nurturing Parenting Programs to
teach hundreds of families the values of nurturing attitudes
and skills.
In 2000, Vivian received training from Dr. Stephen Bavolek
and became recognized as a facilitator. Since then, she
has successfully been recognized as a Trainer/Consultant
for the Nurturing Parenting Programs and promotes the education
and training of others in the child welfare profession.
