Cille Tyler is a Nurturing Parenting Program Trainer/Consultant
(since 1988) and on the faculty of the University
of Maryland School of Social Work. She led the team
of professionals who developed the first Nurturing
Family Camp in 1993 and continues to facilitate
camps 5 - 8 times a year.
