Carmen
C. Ray is a Trainer/Consultant in the Nurturing Parenting Programs and Administrator
and Co-Founder of the Garden Family Enrichment Center, Inc. Carmen brings over
10 years of experience in the field of professional and Career Development. In
1997 she received her recognition from Family Development Resources, Inc. as a
Trainer/Consultant. She has since gone on to facilitate countless Nurtuing Programs
and seminars for families, child care professional and community-based organizations.
As a state-approved Continuing Education Instructor, Carmen brings over
25 years of Early Childhood experience including extensive training in the Family
Day Care Rating Scale (FDCRS). Carmen has served on the Boards of 4-C - Community
Coordinated Child Care and WECA - Wisconsin Early Childhood Association. Carmen
specializes in the areas of Nurturing Family programs, Nurturing Seminars (for
child care professionals), Developing Self-Nurturing Skills, Advanced Case Management,
Early Childhood Education, Team Building, Conflict Management, Effective Communication
and Goal Setting.
