Terms:
1. Participating Professionals: An invoice will accompany
your order. Payment is due upon receipt. A statement will
be sent on the first of each month. A finance charge of
18% (1.5% per month), or 50¢ minimum per month will
be added on balance of payment received after 30 days.
2. New Accounts: New accounts must prepay using a money
order or one of the following credit cards: American Express,
VISA, or MasterCard. You can use your credit card to pay
using our secure, online checkout. If you choose to shop
online an pay via money order, you may use the website to
place your purchase order, print your order and mail it
to us along with payment.
3. Orders from Outside the Continental US: All orders from
outside the continental US must be paid in US dollars.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If you are not satisfied with any materials, return them
in perfect condition within 21 days for exchange or credit.
How to Return Materials:
1. Enclose a copy of the invoice to insure proper credit.
2. Carefully package the materials to avoid damage during
shipment.
3. Send materials UPS or Parcel Post. Shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.

5. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return to
process an exchange or credit.
Shipping & Handling
in the Continental US will be calculated accordingly:
Orders $3.00 and under $1.00
Orders $3.01 to $5 $2.00
Orders 5.01 to $14.99 $4.00
Orders $15 - $100 $7.00
Orders over $100 7% of total materials order
Shipping & Handling Outside the Continental
US
Each order will be shipped the most cost-effective way.
Please use the website to place your order. We will e-mail
you with your actual order total including shipping once
we have determined the shipping amount.
Delivery:
It is our goal to provide you with the fastest service
possible. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Depending on
your location, please allow 7 - 15 days for delivery. Special
requests can be made for Next Day Air or Second Day Air
shipping at additional costs. All orders shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii are shipped Second Day Air. Orders to Canada
are shipped UPS Ground, unless special shipping is requested
or required.
Back Orders:
Occasionally, some products may become temporarily unavailable
due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control. It
is our policy to ship the majority of your order together
in order to minimize your shipping costs. Back ordered items
are marked on your invoice at the time of shipment and will
be shipped when they become available.

is a violation of copyright law. This policy applies to
all tests and all test materials, including quoted material
found in manuals, brochures, and books. Submitting a completed
order form or purchase order , or paying part or all of
an FDR invoice implies acceptance of these terms and conditions
by the purchaser.
